Dear Prayer Partner Friends,
As you prayed with us, real REVIVAL broke out at our rather staid, traditional Presbyterian church venue as the Natives from 70 tribes across North America (US and Canada as well as a couple of individual participants from Africa) danced, worshipped and prayed around our Sanctuary Friday and Saturday, with even some of us stiff Presbyterians joining in! They are not the "Awakening Giant", but what I now am realizing is that Billy Graham saw that the Lord would use the Native peoples as His agents of the "greatest revival the world has ever seen", affecting the American Church, the majority of us who are still sleeping, just focused on our own religious programs with overworked pastors and thousands of such churches even closing down as George Barna has been revealing with his research. However, I believe that over the weekend here we have just begun to experience some first fruits of this "greatest revival" that the Lord has been wanting to ignite, not just here but across America, Canada and other nations and continents of our world.
Albuquerque, as many other cities have been, is distressed by troubling disunity between church leaders, as well as huge social problems that put our state of New Mexico into last place of all 50 states in many social indices. We have one of the highest crime and murder rates in this city, and with the rest of the state have become the go-to place for abortion at any time, even to the day of birth. Satanist rituals have also been adopted and used in some abortion centers. For such reasons, some have said, "Can anything good come out of Albuquerque? But God is always the One who can change all equations, tipping them towards His Kingdom's manifestations! With Him coming into where He is invited through whole-hearted prayer, singing, and dancing in joyous faith, which the Native ministry leaders and intercessors brought to us (yes, church can and should be fun that way!), awesome and inspiring blessings of great good were released that stirred, revived and excited us all!
During this weekend's initiative, many of us were having revelatory experiences. One lady was so overcome she was lying down and I thought from the anguished cries she uttered that she needed medical help. I was about to call the ambulance but she interrupted saying: "The Great Physician is operating on me!" Another was at the altar hunched over with a cloak over her body, receiving all the "Grand Chief of the Universe" wanted to pour into her, spiritual deliverance or the unraveling of her true destiny in Him perhaps.
Personally, after God woke me at 2 am both days to process things, I am still receiving downloads from the Lord that I hope to share with you and others later on in greater detail. Awesome stuff I have never seen before that the Lord is imparting, the voice of the Shepherd quietly and clearly speaking about the all-encompassing revival He wants to pour out upon all of North America and beyond. It will also greatly advance the completion of His Great Commission among the Unreached Peoples of our world, the true passion of Jesus' heart as He hung on that cross and cried "It is finished!" The Native tribes, more than 1100 (575 in the US and 643 in Canada, that are the original inhabitants and owners of this continent for thousands of years will be especially significant as agents of this revival, probably because of the authority He gave them over this continent as the First Peoples who ever saw it as they came across the land bridge from Asia about 13,000 years ago. (If you can, see the documentary on PBS.org called "First Peoples". It is about the archaeological and paleontological records tying those "Ancient Ones" to the current Native people groups through DNA testing.)
Our prayers and that of millions of intercessors in the three week "Breakthrough Prayer Initiative" in September and October, culminating on the Day of Atonement, Oct 12th, on the National Mall in D.C., also connected to millions of additional praying people in 50 countries who were praying with us that day, are still being used of the Lord to unleash that greatest of all revivals that will affect all the nations of the world and bring about the fulfillment of Jesus' Great Commission. This is all about the "Great Chief of the Universe," its all-powerful and eternal Savior and Lord, who is soon coming to rule here. As two Native leaders presented to us on Saturday, we are in the final Jubilee of 50 years that will culminate in only 15 years in the year 2040. They declared that Jesus could return at any time during that time frame. After they spoke, I was thinking of His answer to the disciples that "the end will come" when all the remaining 7000+ unreached people groups, the ethne (original Greek) have the Gospel of the Kingdom proclaimed as a witness to them (Matt. 24:14). The Native and non-Native Jesus followers, together in His love and oneness, will take the Gospel to them as they become engulfed in the revival.
This was what Dr. Graham, one of the greatest yet humblest evangelists of the preceding generation, saw coming as he listened to the Lord. Though used to serving primarily as an evangelist, he stepped into a prophetic role, speaking here to the Native ministry leaders here in Albuquerque 50 years ago this month. During the initiative, we came to realize that it was a Jubilee since that bold declaration was given, and so it needs to be more fully activated and released through all our united prayers of agreement, releasing our mustard seed faith as we did here on behalf of the ethne of all the nations and continents who still need to hear about the coming King of Kings and Lord of Lords!

Starting at about 4-5 mins into it as the participants arrive you will hear the theme song "Wake Up Sleeping Giant," a repeated crying out to Yahweh and then to all of us to wake up to what He wants to do among us! The program itself begins right at about 8 minutes. Our videographer is working on a short composite one of highlights with interviews that hopefully will be strongly anointed, capture what the Lord did among us, and then hopefully be used across the country and beyond. We would especially appreciate your prayers towards that end.
So much is also happening as an outflow coming out of this touch of real revival in our midst that the Lord released on us that I am still being moved by it all two weeks later, having personally been revived with such an impactful, life and ministry-hanging experience coming out of it all, especially the last couple of days when the First Nations brothers and sisters were with us. I believe it may also be a new or somewhat revised calling the Lord is now downloading at my ripe old age of 77. May it be so for all of us, even as we age with all that entails!
